PIANO/VIOLIN/VIOLA

Kaye Evangelista was raised in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and began her musical journey at the young age of four being self-taught by ear. She began formal piano lessons at the age of eight. While she was learning piano, she also began learning violin through the elementary school program. She participated in various playing chamber groups throughout groups throughout high school and college.

Kaye attended George Mason University studying both violin and piano. She also learned viola and cello while in school. She has been teaching for nearly 10 years. She has specialized in teaching beginners to late intermediate students with an age range from 3 years old to adults. She has also specialized in teaching students with disabilities.

While she is not teaching, Kaye enjoys photography, cooking, and web design/development.
